Ivy Thompson

Minnesota Native, Wine Enthusiast, and Lover of All Things Hospitality. While getting my degree in Wine & Viticulture from Cal Poly, I found myself in the best industry with such strong mentors. Since then I have achieved my WSET Level 3 and am looking to pursue further education in my wine career. When I am not at Region, you can find me hosting family & friends over a good meal and of course good wine.

Cal Poly Alumni, Avid DIYer and Wine Devotee. Growing up in the heart of wine country sparked an interest in wine much earlier than most. Once I learned that I could pursue wine as a higher education, there was no turning back. I now find myself enjoying my two life's pleasures, both wine and party planning. When I am not at Region, you can find me listening to podcasts, reading on my kindle or planning elaborate themed events for my closest friends.
